Chapter Master Report 2022

Attention Chapter Regents, Officers & Chairs,

Happy New Year!

Now that we are in the first week of January it is time to turn your attention to and focus on completing the Chapter Master Report (CMR). This is one of the most important duties that a Chapter Regent can perform and serves as a permanent record of your chapter’s accomplishments for the calendar year of January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.

In July, with the incoming Wright Administration, many new changes were made to several DAR committees and the CMR and Chapter Achievement Awards (CAA) were no exception. The CMR and the CAA have been combined in eMembership. The CAA is now located within the CMR as a regular committee report and should be completed just like all the other reports. One other change that needs to be noted is that our New York State Regent, Mrs. Pamela Barrack, has eliminated the New York State Electronic Questionnaire, making this one less report that will need to be completed by the Chapter Regents.

Mrs. Barrack has also asked me to inform all Chapter Regents that the New York State deadline for chapters to complete the CMR is midnight, January 25, 2023. Our goal is to have 100% reporting for New York State!

As an Honorary Chapter Regent, I know this report can be daunting, but please try and complete every section and submit it on or before the state deadline. Please don’t let your chapter members who have volunteered and worked so hard throughout the year and/or your chapter’s outstanding service within your local community go unrecorded!
