Commemorative Events - IMPORTANT REPORTING ANNOUNCEMENT

It was just announced that newly updated Report forms and submission procedures for chapters and state organizations to submit for judging this year. National is dedicated to making the reporting and judging easier at every level. Now chapters and state organizations will submit the reports about their Outstanding Commemorative Events as a single pdf with a ten-page limit. No more mailing and worrying whether the packets arrived!

This new process goes into effect immediately, so it is very important that you share this with all your chapter members. They have also developed a Judging Rubric to make evaluating the entries more objective. The National Vice Chairs and Division Vice Chairs tested it in their reviews of the 2022 reports and found the rubric helpful.
