The purpose of the DAR Scholarship Committee is to provide ways and means to aid worthy students to attain higher education. NSDAR administers 13 national scholarships. Many individual states, including New York, and some chapters also offer scholarships.
The scholarships offered by the New York State Organization, NSDAR, are listed below. Additional information and application packages may be obtained from the student's high school guidance counselor or the local DAR chapter where the student resides.
