The Anna Ingalsbe Lovell Chapter, NSDAR was organized on October 5, 2002, in Elba, New York. It is named in honor of Anna Ingalsbe Lovell, who worked at a hotel in Boston frequented by General George Washington. She and General Washington became friends and her husband and father both served in the Revolutionary War.

The chapter has 12 members and meets on the third Sunday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
