The Gu-Ya-No-Ga Chapter NSDAR was organized December 18, 1922, in Penn Yan, Yates County, New York. Tradition in this chapter says that Gu-Ya-No-Ga was a Seneca Indian whose neighbors valued his friendship, loyalty, and hospitality.

Gu-Ya-No-Ga Chapter has 53 members and meets on the third Wednesday of each month, excluding January, February, and March. For membership information, please contact Alison Rice, Chapter Regent.
